    • Carrot2
    • Onion1
    • Garlic6 cloves
    • Sour cream200 g
    • Egg yolks2
    • Vinegar30 ml

    Method

      Simmer tripe with carrot and onion 60 min.

      Slice tripe, return to pot.

      Temper egg yolks with sour cream, whisk into soup off heat.
