  • Telemea cheese400 g
  • Eggs3
  • Sour cream300 g
  • Butter30 g

Method

    Cook the macaroni for 2 minutes less than the packet says and drain.

    Mix the eggs with the sour cream and crumbled telemea.

    Butter a baking dish, add the macaroni and pour the mixture over.

    Bake at 190°C for 25 minutes until golden on top.
