  • Chicken legs800 g
  • Carrot2
  • Parsnip1
  • Celeriac150 g
  • Onion1
  • Egg noodles200 g
  • Parsley1 bunch

Method

  1. 1

    Put the chicken in 2.5 l cold water and bring to the boil, skimming off the foam.

    Add the onion, carrots, parsnip and celeriac and simmer gently for 40 minutes.

  3. 3

    Take out the chicken, pull the meat off the bone and return it; add the noodles and cook for 5 minutes.

    Season with salt and sprinkle with parsley.
