  • Potatoes1,200 g
  • Smoked sausages500 g
  • Onion2
  • Red bell pepper1
  • Sunflower oil50 ml
  • Sweet paprika5 g
  • Parsley1 bunch
  • Pickles400 g

Method

    Parboil the diced potatoes for 8 minutes and drain.

    Brown the sliced sausages in a large frying pan, then remove them.

  3. 3

    Fry the potatoes in the same pan with the oil for 12 minutes; add the onion and pepper and cook 5 minutes more.

    Return the sausages, sprinkle with paprika and parsley and serve with pickles.
