    • Pickled cabbage leaves1 jar
    • Pork mince500 g
    • Rice100 g
    • Onion2
    • Smoked bacon100 g
    • Tomato passata300 ml
    • Polenta250 g
    • Sour cream150 g

    Method

    1. 1

      Sweat onion, mix with mince, rice and spices.

      Roll filling into cabbage leaves.

      Layer with bacon and passata, cook slowly 90 min.

      Boil polenta 15 min, serve with sarmale and sour cream.
