  • Potatoes1,200 g
  • Onion2
  • Red bell pepper1
  • Tomato passata300 ml
  • Sunflower oil40 ml
  • Sweet paprika5 g
  • Bay leaves2
  • Parsley1 bunch
  • Pickles400 g

Method

    Soften the onion and pepper in the oil for 5 minutes, then stir in the paprika.

    Add the diced potatoes, passata, bay leaves and enough water to cover.

    Simmer gently for 25 minutes until the potatoes are tender.

    Sprinkle with parsley and serve with pickles.
